俄媒体当天援引俄国防部消息报道说，自莫斯科时间5日10时（北京时间15时）起，俄军将进入“静默状态”，为马里乌波尔和沃尔诺瓦哈民众撤离开通人道主义走廊。此前，俄方已就开通人道主义走廊以及民众撤离路线与乌克兰方面达成一致。
