The rulers in the capitalism countries just don't really care if their people is starving or not, they just care if the capitalist can plunder more money form the world. Look at what happened in US in 2020 and 2021, more than 40M infected and almost 0.61 million people died in the covid pandenmic, but the US government, from Presidents to the states' governors to the mayors, who are actually all mere peppet of those bloodsucking Wall Street capitalists, never really gives a serious shit to it, no matter the president is Donald Trump or Joe Biden. People dying in the disease? so be it, we just care if "economy is not closing down" i.e. we are earning more money than last year. That is the way capitalism will treat the vast people in their ruling territory. We are earning less money than before? Lets just lauch a war against somebody. That is how the capitalism treats the world.
For the communism, I believe the true ideology is that anyone who is willing to work will get their fair chance of getting away from poverty, and the government will really care if their basic human right (i.e. their rights of survival, safety and chances of development) is not being impacted. That is what Chinese Community Party shows in the face of Covid pandemic. When they noticed the threat of this disease, quick lock down and quaratine policy were issued while coordiante the strength of whole country to support the medical system at all costs, ultimately the death toll in China is only 0.8% of the US in this war against COVID, an undeniable achievement. The CCP's policy against Covid costed dearly on the short term money making, but safed uncountable lifes and eventually results in long term payback for the vast majority of the people.
All in all, every communist party in the world up to date is not perfect. However, in accordance to my understanding, the real ideology of communism represents the mankinds' righteous wish in establishing a more fair and equal world than ever before. Thus, despite that the communism is still far from reaching its perfect fruition, it would just be a matter of time (be it half a century, one century or two centuries of time) that L' Internationale overthrown the capitalism. - UP: 2
