On June 11, 2021 CNSA published new Hi-Res Mars images Zhurong Rover (Chinese Tianwen-1 mission) with amazing details of Utopia Planitia on Red Planet. Rover dropped/deployed special instrument camera to make group images. Camera made first shot capturing Mars Lander and Zhurong Rover together in single frame. Resolution of the images is incredible. Chinese Zhurong Mars Rover has been working on the surface of Mars for 26 Martian days, carrying out environmental perception and scientific exploration. Zhurong also made first panoramic 360 degrees image at Utopia Planitia on Mars. There is image of Parachute pack and Heat Shield on the surface of Red Planet.

@Graph the last i checked, Mars is a larger planet than Earth. If distance is measured according to Earth's metric system, they will be at least tens of thousands of kilometres away. Unless NASA or CNSA built wings to the rovers to fly around the red planet, chances of them meeting is extremely rare. Its like 2 Martians landed on Earth, one in Africa and one in China, without wings, trying to rendezvous.

After 28 martian days there, they would have collected and monitored the temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, composition of the atmosphere, etc, according and relative to Earth's measurement... and sent back the data. But none of these will be released to the public. Only some cute selfies to tease us. - UP: 0
