There are two perspectives you can view this question from.
* Perspective of an Indian who wants to study or work in the US at some point of his life.
If you want to work or study in the US at some point of your life I think Joe Biden would be better as a president. Trump Administration has repeatedly made laws to make immigration into the US really difficult. Trump also has tried to crackdown on illegal immigration from Mexico which is a good thing. Trump is known for his Executive Order 13769 which made it difficult for Muslims to get visa to the US. US has also accepted very few refugees since Trump came into power. After all these laws and restrictions Trump also suspended H-1B visas. This is a huge strike to Indian IT workers who aspire to work in the US. This is also a loss for American Companies who usually bring talent from countries like India and China for cheap salaries and make them work in the US to maximize their profits. This not only helps the companies but also helps these people who get paid more than what they are usually paid. They also get exposed to more opportunities in the US. But now everything is gone after the visa is suspended. This is Trump’s move to reduce the number of jobs given to immigrants and give more jobs to Americans.

But I would say it is just not correct. US and its economy has advanced this far because of repeated innovative ideas becoming capitalized and it becoming huge market success. Most of these ideas and talent are coming from other countries through immigrants. US culture and development was built by these immigrants who today are being denied entry to the US. Trump is also forcing foreign students studying in the US to leave the country. This will have a very negative effect as these foreign students are asked to leave US will become very unfavorable destinations for foreign students and this will hit the US higher education industry hard. Foreign students are not just students they pay fees and spend money to live in the US thereby contributing to the US economy. Today the US has the best talent because they pick the best out of these foreign students. But if foreign students stop coming then the US education industry will suffer and many professors will have to be laid off. Trump administration needs to learn that immigrants are not just immigrants they also contribute and serve the American economy. Surely Joe Biden and Kamala Harris would better if you are an Indian immigrant.
Basically The trump administration wants to completely stop immigration.

2. Now from the perspective of Modi Government
For the Modi Government Trump coming to power would be better than Biden because Biden and Harris have been critical of the CAA and the NRC and most importantly the Kashmir Issue. Even if the Democrats win they will never shift its South Asia policy back to Islamabad as the loss of 9/11 will always be remembered in US politics. Biden administration will be less critical of China compared to Trump who is obsessed with China. Biden has also expressed his dream that India and the US will become the closest countries in the world.

2. 现在从莫迪政府的角度来看
对于莫迪政府来说，特朗普上台比拜登好，因为拜登和哈里斯一直对CAA和NRC持批评态度，最重要的是克什米尔问题。即使民主党获胜，他们也永远不会将南亚政策转回巴基斯坦，因为美国政界将永远铭记9/11的失败。与痴迷于中国的特朗普相比，拜登政府对中国的批评将会少一些。拜登也表达了他的梦想，那就是印度和美国将成为世界上最亲密的国家。

Definitely Trump, as he has a good relationship with PM Modi. Also Trump is going after China like a mad dog & he won’t stay put till he gets what he want. Another thing to remember is that Democrats(Biden) don’t like PM Modi or BJP much as they blame them for the Gujrat riots, also Biden has a softer stance on China.
