嗨，大家好！我是姜超，来自中国的新华通讯社。现在我在巴基斯坦开伯尔-普赫图赫瓦省的北部城市曼塞拉，这里也是曼塞拉到塔科特高速公路的起点。作为哈维连至曼塞拉高速公路的延伸，这条高速公路大约在两个星期前通车。这条高速公路的开通标志着巴基斯坦喀喇昆仑公路第二期工程完成连接。那么，这条高速公路有什么新鲜事吗？让我们来亲自体验一下。
现在我们在曼塞到塔科特的高速公路上，正如我们看到的，在高速公路开通不到两周后，已经有很多车辆在路上平稳地行驶了。作为中国-巴基斯坦经济走廊(CPEC)的早期收获项目，中国路桥公司在喀喇昆仑公路二期项目下修建了从哈维连到塔科特的118公里长的公路，该公路包括从哈维连到曼塞拉的高速公路段和从曼塞拉到塔科特的二级公路段。

Every country has their bad history but you can not neglected their goods too. China is not prefect and there are a lot more for them to learn from others. I always thought Indian people are smart and also have the man power comparing to China, but why is India poverty still among a large group? China and India might not be friends but why can't be competition for learning and make their own country better. What's wrong with revise engineering? So to speak, if I think you are smarter and I can't learn from you to be a better me? I have to always be the dumb person and can't advance myself? Revised engineering is a shame and that's why India don't want to learn from other and not develop? Why rely on others instead of building your own country to be stronger?
