It take 2 hand to clap is my opinion.
First, if Africa do not accept any foreign investment or aid in term of financial to help its economy and infrastures, they can do so. Agree?
Second, no economic power nation will take second look at Africa if they dont see what it can gain from.
Third, China is calculating all risk to pour billion of dollars into Africa economy and infrasture not knowing how corruption practices in Africa government.
Lastly, there was mention of “forcing” Africian to learn chinese. Is that a crime? If language is a communicating tools to work together and under each other. Example; If China want to build a factory to provide jobs, queue of long human dont understand simple words like “Yes or No”. Of course English will be used but sometime it might get confuse if the Africa knowledge is minimal.
It made no sense to view China is “taking over” Africa.
