I do not think the lady explain right about Dou Fu Nao. The word Nao, meaning Brian, is describing the texture of the Dou Fu being so smooth as the Pork Brain.

And my friend lives in Australia always complains about why there is so few properly made Chinese breakfast in Sydney since there are so many Chinese immigrants there, esp. Cantonese 🤣🤣

I am from Taiwan. When I was a kid long time ago, I read about douzhi'er written by people who grew up in Beijing. To be honest, I liked it the first time I tasted it. Now I would have douzhi'er at least once for breakfast whenever I visit Beijing.
