I'm sorry for the loss of these young lives. What makes it worse is that this probably didn't have to happen. The report said that rubble and absorbant perlite were being stored on the roof of the gym during construction work on a neighboring building. Any rain, or even morning dew will be absorbed by the perlite, making it heavier. This is probably what caused the roof to collapse. RIP kids! My heart goes out to their families. - UP: 37

The structure of buildings meets the standards, the accident happened because some workers stupidly/illegally piled many building materials Perlite bags for the still constructing the nearby buildings 1:04 on roof of the gym. A few days Heavy rain the Perlite absorbs waters, dramatically increases weight. The roof cannot handle, then it falled down. You can see the lots of Perlite bags at 0:51. - UP: 16
